In the future, solar photovoltaic power generation may become one of the active energy sources for world energy consumption, and it may not only replace some conventional energy sources, but also become the world's main energy sources. It is expected to account for 30% of the total energy by 2025, and the proportion of solar photovoltaic power generation in the world's total power supply is also expected to reach more than 10%. Photovoltaic inverter is one of the core equipment of photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system, which plays a key role in realizing the conversion of solar energy and electric energy. Photovoltaic cell modules convert solar energy into direct current, which is converted into alternating current that is synchronized with the alternating current grid through the inverter, and then fed into the grid to realize grid-connected power generation.


However, since the stability of many key electronic components is greatly affected by the ambient temperature, a well-designed heat dissipation scheme is very important to ensure the normal operation and stable performance of the photovoltaic inverter power system. Both high-power inverters and frequency converters are pursuing high efficiency and small size. Since high-power chips, transformers, moss tubes and other devices will generate a lot of heat during operation, the temperature of the entire photovoltaic inverter power system will rise. In order to maintain a stable operating temperature, heat dissipation issues must be addressed. So how to solve the heat dissipation problem of photovoltaic inverters? At present, aluminum heat sinks are generally installed in power supplies . Passive cooling of aluminum heat sinks is not enough. For example, adding a fan to the heat sink to enhance air circulation and forced air cooling can dissipate a large amount of heat in the shortest time. The heat is taken away to ensure that the power system works under a relatively constant and ideal ambient temperature, which ensures the stability of the inverter power supply and greatly improves the service life of the inverter power supply.
