In this configuration, the fan must be installed correctly, and the thermistor can sense through a special connection wire when installing the fan.

The operation of the fan will vary with changes in heat, and at slower speeds, the fan will emit less noise and consume less energy. In most design requirements, after a few hours of fan start-up, the air temperature is usually lower than the larger design temperature. Usually, a cooling fan running at low speed can perform its job well. But when selecting and installing, it is also necessary to consider: firstly, the selected fan must be able to provide sufficient exhaust air volume (speed) to cool the hot air inside the equipment under high temperature conditions; When the temperature is relatively low and the hot air flow rate is relatively low, the opposite is often true.

Secondly, it is important to pay attention to the selection of sensor installation location, placing the sensor in a suitable position, and trying to clamp the sensor directly onto the surface that needs to be cooled. During operation, if the thermistor senses a high temperature, the temperature controlled fan will run at a faster speed, while when the temperature is low, the temperature controlled fan will run at a lower speed; Between these highs and lows, the fan speed hardly changes with temperature. When the temperature of the fan slowly changes, the speed of the fan also changes slowly, without sudden changes in fan speed and noise. The length of response time mainly depends on the sensitivity of its sensor to thermal induction.
